at work i use a blackberry pearl it rocks. thats the only one i've used.

You know who has a blackberry?  Al Gore.  He and Lieberman used it to talk all the time during the 2000 election, I remember Lieberman talking about it during an interview.

Joe Lieberman sucks.  Ergo, blackberries must suck too...or am I wrong?

I hate Lieberman.  Gore's okay, though - just totally charmless.

But, about blackberries...y'know, I don't get the hype...aren't they basically like a very fancy beeper?

not really.  they're basically a palm with less features.

my company is giving me the blackberry for free.  i just don't know what you can really do with it   i hope it supports micro sd cards

I used my friend's blackberry one time. It took 837 individual button presses to check my email.
