So I was thinking about Dr Who today and a thought occured to me. When were the cybermen and daleks introduced to the world?

Well anyways i read up on Daleks here:

TVC 15 are the 70's and 80's version of Dr Who easy to get? Help me cause they look so bad ass. I just hope they are watchable.
