Title: Let us remember Cigarette.

I am sorry to say that after a 1.5+ years, my male betta "Cigarette" passed away.

His body was committed to the depths of my toilet which will result in a quick trip to the open ocean or your drinking water. So raise your glasses to toast the easiest pet i've ever taken care of. Here's to you Cigarette!

My mom killed all three of our hamsters.

She killed the first with diabetes; she kept feeding him all this unhealthy stuff, and eventually his hind legs fell off

She killed the second by giving him a "bath"; he died of what I assumed to be hypothermia shortly afterwards

She killed the final by losing him; he escaped her hand and then got into an open vent we were having repaired. We never saw him again, and it's likely that his dead body is still in the vent, burning.
