Pinky and the Brain was definetly the best one. I LOVED how it made fun of society.
This wikipedia article is a very good read;

There's a Plucky Duck show? wtf
The original Land Before Time was awesome.
Back to the Future animated series rocked from my 5-6 year old memory recollection.

The Plucky Duck Show was an animated television series created by Warner Bros. It was a short-lived spin-off of Tiny Toon Adventures, the first and highly popular collaboration between Steven Spielberg and the newly reborn Warner Bros. Animation studio, but concentrating attention mainly on Plucky Duck and Hamton J. Pig. The show ran for thirteen episodes from September to December 1992.

Back to the Future sucked. It existed in some weird CBS time slot and I was just too lazy to change the channel before good cartoons came on.
I heard Saturday morning cartoons, at least like we knew them, are pretty much extinct. Sad, if true. Man, there were so many crazy cartoons.
