Title: Fuck my wireless router!
Post by: Madrun Badrun on April 20, 2007, 11:32:14 PM
It keeps cutting out and then I have to refresh the connection; its so fucking annoying.  worst yet it only happens in one specific area of my room; which happens to be where my desk is.  The Technology God hates me.

Change the Wireless Channel. There could be interference with some other device.

a desk.

Blue, ya I'll try that.  makes sense to because it only does when the lap top is against the outside wall of the house so I could be getting mixed with a neighbors device.

I don't think the neighbor's wireless will do anything.  You're probably just too far.  Maybe monitor is making magnetic waves that affect it because I know it does that with other wireless devices.
