Who would propose to someone over the internet?

At first I was all "AWWW OMGGGG" but then when I thought about it...I don't know, it just seems weird to me.

Really. Proposing at a baseball game or a concert or something is nice, but on the internet?

I'm gonna purpose at the bowling alley or minature golf place. I was thinking the golfland and have the guy hold the ring and when she goes to get her tickets from some arcade games traded in for prizes she could get a fake ring like she likes but she'd get a real one instead. if i did it at the bowling alley i'd have them make it so the lane asks the question on the monitor or something.

One of my ex's started meeting guys on the internet, or chatting them up on the intrawebssssss.  Anyways she started talking to this guy in Ireland(alwasy had a thing for irish) and I guess they started some online romance and one day she calls me to say "I"m getting married!" and I'm like to who?" "The irish guy.".  He at least proposed to her over the phone, but they had never met.  Anyways she went off to ireland, they got hitched and now they have a kid.

What do you expect from the socially distinguished mentally-challenged people that clutter the internet?  That is really just sad.  I'd be offended if someone proposed to me over the internet.  Still, I bet whoever he's proposing to is just as sad

I forgot about that.  I think thats kind of sweet though unlike that e-card or what ever it is.
