Title: Evilbore plays Typing of the Dead (post your scores!)

This game will be getting a sequel soon, so it'd be fun to play against each other and see who gets the highest scores.

If you don't know anything about Typing of the Dead, it's a derivative of Sega's House of the Dead series. The game basically is House of the Dead 2. The main difference is that instead of using a lightgun to shoot at the zombies, you type as fast as you can before they get to you. The game, like it's original lightgun version, is on rails, so things are constantly popping up. It's arcadey, so it's pretty replayble. Probably one of the best things about the game is that it doesn't take itself seriously. It's quite hilarious to be honest.

It was released in arcades, on the Dreamcast, as well as pc. It's a great game, and it'll be interesting who can get the top scores.

It's by the same Sega in house developer, Smilebit, who made Jet Set Radio (and Future), Panzer Dragoon Orta, and many other classic Sega games. Worth a try!

haha 18 words a minute? I type like 70 words a minute or more. I can max out around 100 wpm but my accuracy falls too low for it to be useful typing speed. 70-80wpm is my average and most accurate.

Holy christ that is big. I'll download and play a bit and see what happens. I used to hit around ~125 gross, not so sure where I'm at anymore. 18 wpm? :lol I couldn't even stand to post on forums.

I type like 50-60 words per minute, but it's a different matter on typing of the dead because you get tense and sometimes the words will be like so fucking long and wtf that you type slower than normal.

What do you mean it's not piracy? Got a press release where Sega says it's free to download?

Lol, they've still got copyrights on that game for years and years. if you're gonna pirate don't be naive, huahua.

I type way more than 24 words per minute. That word counting system is screwed.
