It took him what, 5 years though?

Dirk was the season MVP, although you could make the argument that it belonged to Nash. But once again Dirk chokes when it matters: playoffs. He's a perennial failure every May. Real MVPs don't disappear when their team needs them, as he has done this series.

He is the new Peyton Manning, there's no way around it. Dalls has enough talent and youth to compeat for years, and I think Dirk will get a ring. But he won't get one until he's a bitter old man. Look for Josh Howard to carry Dirk's ass to the championship in 2012

Well, on the bright side I wont have to waste my evenings watching the Mavericks. On the other hand, it's not like I have anything to do during the evenings.
