On another board we were discussing Heroes. POST YOUR THEORIES.
If Peter saved Claire even in that timeline, how come Hiro didn't kill Sylar since Sylar didn't kill her? Doesn't that mean that the future is going to happen just the way they've shown it? I certainly hope not.
All we have to say that Hiro kills Sylar in any timeline is a comic book page of him doing so. Now we know that Sylar gets Candice's illusion powers at some point, and that Peter absorbs the powers of those around him. I'm guessing that what we're actually seeing in the comic is Hiro stabbing Peter while he looks like Sylar. That would mean that everything tied neatly together and that the timeline was never changed at all! Holy crap! I'm going to make a few jumps here so this is all wild conjecture...
Nuts Future Hiro assumed that Sylar regenerated after he stabbed him which was why he was able to go nuclear. However, it was actually Peter. Trying to find out how he was able to regenerate, Hiro discovered reports of a Texan cheerleader who had this power. Hiro also learned that a cheerleader was killed by Sylar in typical head-opening fashion (Claire's friend). This is why Hiro went all the way back to when he did to inform Peter: he assumed the cheerleader was Claire's friend as well!

I doubt that he tried to actually kill peter because they meet each other a lot in the future. I think that the reason that they showed the future episode is to start giving more attention to what hiro does in the future episodes.
They'll probably stake out sylar since they know where he wants to go basically and eventually stab him. I think the differences between the two timelines go back before the first episode because it seems like a lot of them don't actually meet each other. How come nobody talks about Isaac? How come nobody talks about the radioactive guy? Even Linderman?
What I think happens is Hiro goes back in time and tries to get people onto his side so they can trap Sylar and kill him.

Is there enough time for that? Only 2 more episodes left, right?

I thought the 1.5 month gap was the season finale? They can go into next season still and have something else end this season.

I am HOPING they don't give us blue balls. Plus, they keep hyping it up as 2 MORE EPISODES TO SAVE THE WORLD so they won't extend it.

I imagine a twist with claire actually being saved. I don't watch the commercials but it would seem kind of weird for hiro to master time/teleportation enough to fight with sylar.
-
But Claire's already been saved, no?
-
I imagine that Sylar finds out where she is and goes after her. Last time he tried to kill her it wasn't even her he was trying to kill at first.
-
Naw, remember he came to her house looking for her too.
-
Except he knew the cheer leader was claire because when he found out peter saved her, Hiro went to Bennet and said he knew claire was alive.
In what part of the post are you referring to?
-
What the posts means is that in the future timeline, the same thing happens that happened in the present timeline. Claire survived and her friend got killed. Future Hiro did not know this. Remeber that people thought that Claire was her friend Jackie.
He thought she was dead the whole time, when in fact she was alive!

Shamelessly stolen from Iamthegamer over at GAF, but it's essentially the way I'm thinking:
ORIGINAL TIMELINE:
Claire Dies
Sylar blows up New York even though Hiro cut him, because Sylar can regnerate. Hiro finds that he can do this because Sylar consumed Claire's power.
time passes, the world is in turmoil BUT THAT'S ALL WE KNOW
NEW TIMELINE:
Hiro goes back in time after assembling the string theory (in the ORIGINAL TIMELINE), meeting with Peter at a specific time where all other things could fall into place so Sylar could be stopped from consuming Claire at the time he does, gives him the message, leaves.
Hiro returns, the future is still ****ed. He's only in Isaac's apartment for about a minute before the Hiro from the NEW TIMELINE affected by ORIGINAL TIMELINE Hiro's actions shows up. The events have changed (since in this timeline, Sylar still wasn't killed. He might've even gotten stronger). The bomb position has been transposed to Peter since Sylar's future was altered when not only did he fail to consume Claire's ability, but also by being caught by Bennet, thus delaying other things to occur.
Everything in the episode happens along this timeline
NEWEST TIMELINE:
New Timeline Hiro goes back to change the course once again, but will killing Sylar change anything? Why does Peter explode? These answers and more on your next episodes of Heroes!

It would really suck if that Sylar that Hiro stabs is really Peter in disguise as Sylar.
-
I didn't give this show a good enough chance. When the first season arrives on DVD I'm going to get it
-
you have to consider that they have Isaac's drawings of the future so it would look weird to them if Peter wasn't in anymore of the comics. They would notice that and assume he was dead. Hiro's going to before any of them found out about their powers and is going to have to convince them (push claire off a bridge?), the next season may be about the last seasons happening in a different way.
easy to stream all old episodes online mupepe.

You can stream every FULL episode from nbc? yeah michelle would do that and I've only done it a few times for the first episodes and I go to nbc.com if I missed the episode somehow (watched it on nbc.com last night).

I'd appreciate if you did it after you finish the last 4 years of 24.

my theory is it will be cancelled next year.

my theory is it will be cancelled next year.
It's too popular for that. Try Lost, bucko.

you wish loser
"bucko" you're such a queer

Heroes >>>>> Lost. Sorry, Lost completely came off the rails after the first season. That first season was some awesome tv, though. I'm not too worried about 24 pulling the same trick, because Kring has already stated that they'll do one big story arc per season that will be resolved at the end- this season it's the bomb and how to stop it.
