Title: video capture card question

i've got a video capture card in my PC (or what I assume to be one), it has a coaxial input, a yellow composite input, an s video input and a sound input.  but i have no software that i can find to use it.  i can't find anything under device manager that seems like it could be it.  what the hell?  i'm new to this shit.
