These are delicious! I just picked them up tonight. Better than regular choco pocky.

Seriously, guys, Pocky is overrated shit.  You want good cheap chocolate?  Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Twix, Snickers, Milky Way, Three Musketeers, O. Henry - they are ALL better than Pocky.

I don't hate.  I just think Pocky is lousy.  It's a cheap pretzel stick dipped in chocolate.  The only reason people like it (and I actually got quite a few people to admit it over at GAF) is because it's foreign and they think it makes them seem unique and cool.

Pocky is quite good on it's own.  It's Japanophilic association is what tarnishes it's image.

Pocky's not really good...there's this company that does chocolate covered pretzels that are WAY tastier than any kind of Pocky - Wetzel's Pretzels or something?

I don't doubt the possibility.  I haven't tried Wetzels though.  Seems there is one in each of the major malls around here, so I guess I'll have to try it next time.
