Title: Heavenly Sword = Goddess of War, but is that so bad?

I was watching Gamespot's video of Heavenly Sword from SCEA Gamers Day and it looks like a lot of fun. However it looks VERY similar to God of War I/II, I wonder how many people will sneer because of that.

Heavenly Sword has hype for one reason.
Lack of PS3 games this fall. If this was PS2 it would be yet another somewhat interesting first party sony title mixed in with all the greats.

I have a good feeling it will be an 85% kinda game, which is fine. Most PS3 games so far have been 60-70% kinda games :(

I dunno im kinda getting the vibe that PAX is the new show to attend for fans. I've thought about attending the next one. They were insanely popular last year.

Thats good, they put on a good show.
Honestly a large portion of the gaming press is complete crap, id much rather have Developers and Publishers out there getting actual gaming fans excited instead of pumping this crap to writers that will present it poorly and or expect swag.
