the whole movie is funny, and even tho its like 14 years old, it holds up CRAZY well.

It's probably the second best Stallone movie, if only for the cheesy-ass lines and the sheer ridiculousness of it all.  Best Stallone movie has to be Cop Land.

Overrated, maybe.  But it's still a bit better than Cop Land and Demolition Man.

My list of top Stallone movies would go something like this:

1. Rocky
2. First Blood
3. Demolition Man
4. Cop Land
5. Rocky IV

Just because Rocky and Rambo have become caricatures of what they were when they first appeared doesn't lessen the quality of those pictures.

i loved the taco bell tie in i still have the cups from taco bell. Awesome movie i still dont get the three seashells.

the funniest part of this movie is when wesley snipes makes fun of that cop at the beginning with this fake boxing-moves :lol
