BOMBA.  This does not bode well.

The game has been available on torrent sites for nearly a week.

well for a game based entirely around online play, it wouldn't be fair to review it until the community has had a chance to develop on Xbox Live (as with an MMO)</brimstone>

More breaking news:  A certain developer on GAF got his final, boxed copy of Shadowrun early last week.

I like how the PC version was especially sent to die. Microsoft's paying a pretty penny for this particular Live for Windows publisher pony show.

Maybe you should have funded a Rise of Legends expansion instead, fuckwits.

The localization demo I went to at GDC was basically for a Rise of Legends expansion. Well, maybe it was for the original game. I couldn't tell. It was Rise of Legends something.

There might have been some prototypes for an expansion, but it sort of seems that ship has sailed. BHG is working on the AOE3 expansion and then (from what I've read from Brian Reynolds in interviews) is moving right onto work on their RPG project.

That's cool, actually. For all I'm not an RTS fan, I actually really liked RoL's world, characters, and factions. One of the more compelling fantasy IPs I've seen in a while. But then, I am a clockwork WHORE for gears and steam.

I also heard that Midway didn't ship copies of the Wii version of Mortal Kombat Armageddon to reviewers. Uh-oh, this seems to confirm that waggle was just tacked-on...

Reviewers are all little whiny ass bitches anyway. If I had a game computer I wouldn't send them shit either. In fact I'd send them a box with my logo on it and a note inside that said "Hey, whiny ass bitch, go cry some big e-tears with your fat friends on aim!"
