i love pepper jack cheese, as well garlic habanero jack. Then red pepper and garlic dry jack, which is dry like parmessean. Then i like dry garlic cheddar. Regular cheese is ok but those are my favorites and the last two are most expensive. Some cheese i just cant stand though. i havent had cheese in a few months cause of my diet. SO BOO

American processed cheese is not cheese, never refer to it as cheese. it is a milk solid by product with other solids mashed together to make so called "cheese" i hated when my mom would feed me that kind of cheese as a kid. As well i hate fake nacho cheese. Nacho cheese should have a bite like cheddar has to it.
