To continue from the thread he CLOSED because he's a pussy:
Tiny People = The old people from the beginning of the movie, who at the beginning of the movie welcome Betty to Hollywood and wish her good things. When things in the movie make their turn, and the dark reveal is made, they appear as maniacal characters, symbolizing how much things have fallen apart. This is really obvious, and if you didn't get it, you are pretty much distinguished mentally-challenged.
It's also obvious that they're figments of Diane's imagination. They don't exist. How is it possible for little people to crawl through a door? It's Diane at her peak of guilt and depression. These demonic representations of grandmother and father (?) drive her to kill herself. It's really that simple and I understood that the first time I watched it.

In FoC?

ALso, FOC, Ebert never liked Lynch up until Mulholland Dr. I think Ebert is good for discussing the negative aspects of Lynch's works, but he's never been very good at explicating their good elements.
-
Yup, I'm a complete loser because I didnt like Mullholland drive. ::)
Next.
-
Well, no, you're a complete loser for other reasons, too, not just your dislike of Mulholland Dr.
-
How predictable.
*Yawn* are you done trolling yet?
-
Blue Velvet: 9.5/10 omg
-
I don't mind that you don't get Mulholland Drive. I know some people who didn't fully understand the movie as well, but they don't go around acting like it killed their mothers and they have reasonable reasons why they didn't care for it, and are also willing to give it another chance.
You, however, dance around saying you "get" it, and can't even understand the most basic themes.

Blue Velvet: 9.5/10 omg
The movie is amazing, but it made me feel totally uncomfortable. What about you? :-[
-
Did you watch Blue Velvet, PD?

HE PUT HIS DISEASES IN ME

Wild at Heart is a fun movie, too. I don't think it's as good as Blue Velvet, but maybe you will like it more since it isn't as unsettling and misogynistic.

Remember Jurassic Park is his fav movie of all time..lol..etc...

Don't forget ROTJ is his favorite star wars movie.
Turkish Star Wars is mine.

Yawn.
Oh, what's that? It's everyone coming back around to mocking FoC's shit taste and intelligence after treating him like an actual person for the past month or so.
I'd like to point out that I'm the only one who has consistently hated the idiot.

He wasn't bad for a while. Reward him with fair treatment when he does well, treat him like a cock when he deserves it. That's totally fair.
-
When we treat him bad he feeds into it and makes like 30 threads though... :-\
-
that's 'cuz he's grossly insecure. we'll help him get over it. we're nice like that.
-
Remember Jurassic Park is his fav movie of all time..lol..etc...
Never said that. It's definitely one of the best summer blockbuster movies. It's not even on my facebook list of favorite movies.
-
Wild at Heart omg 9/10
Lynch is a genius. Even I'm not dumb enough to deny that
-
ITT I mention that Mulholland Drive sucks.
-
Im going to go and join the distinguished mentally-challenged fellow bandwagon and say that i really do not enjoy david lynch's work except the moving "cooked turkey" at the opening of eraserhead. But wtf do i know, in my eyes black hawk down is pure and simple visual crack.

Is FoC actually Maddox?
