EU of course agrees on hard dates for carbon cuts, America says no, EU waffles. Nice.

However I did notice an agreement to have another kyoto like meeting in 2009 when Bush am Adios total. LOL BUSH F U.

Also Putin offered a nice option for Bush's Missile crap, but im sure he'll poo poo it. Honestly I dont know why Russia wasn't factored into this grand plan.

I mean yeah, Bush is right that the system in Poland couldn't stop more than one missile, but its really the principle of the thing.
