Pervy private school pedagogue pinched for purloining ex-pupil's panties
A teacher at a prestigious private school in Osaka has been arrested for stealing the panties of one of his former pupils, according to Shukan Jitsuwa (6/14).
Hiroshi Inazu, the teacher from posh Seifunanakai Gakuen, is accused of snatching four pairs of the 20-year-old woman's panties by reaching into the open window of her home and picking them off a clothes hanger.

YOKOHAMA — A police officer on duty was arrested Thursday for trying to photograph up a woman's skirt at Yokohama station, police said Friday. The officer, identified as Kenji Ito, 25, of Izumi Police Station in Kanagawa Prefecture, allegedly attempted to take a photo up the skirt of a 19-year-old college student, using his cell phone, as she went up an escalator.

NHK program director arrested for groping girl on train
TOKYO — A 30-year-old children's program director at NHK was arrested Friday for allegedly groping a 17-year-old high school girl on a train. It was the third arrest of an NHK employee on sexual assault charges in the past 10 days. According to police, the incident happened on the Tokyu Denen-Toshi line about 8 a.m. The man, identified as Yosuke Imai, allegedly put his hand up the dress of the high school girl.

OSAKA — A man who groped a girl on a morning rush-hour train jumped onto the tracks and disrupted operations in Osaka, West Japan Railway officials said. Last year I must have read at least a dozen news stories about teachers (elementary, high school, college) and police officers being caught either groping, filming, or otherwise molesting girls.

I couldn't find this story online anymore, but last year I read about this case where an elementary school girl found a weird box with a running video camera in the girl's changing room. She told her teacher about it, and he went to look at it and then came back and took it away and told her it was nothing and not to tell anybody. Well, the girl told her parents about it, the school did an investigation and it turned out the teacher had placed the camera there to tape the girls while they changed. Sick. :yuck
