okay, so my friends and I were hungry so we went to taco bell and got 13 burritos/tacos and 1 coke and I still have some burritos/tacos left to finish and nothing to drink so I went to 7/11 to get a double gulp (64 oz./1.9 liter) of diet pepsi or pepsi since I've usually preferred that flavor but never tried coke in this format so I tried it since some people said they liked it more in that one thread about vanilla coke. It's fucking awful. I don't get what anybody could like about it in comparison to pepsi.
I heard Dr. Pepper was good and I haven't tried that in a few years so I'll get it tomorrow.

am nintenho i really don't understand how you've never had coke from a fountain before i mean maybe if you only went to taco bell your entire life but i really doubt it you must have gone to other fast food establishments or restaurants where coke was served it's really everywhere because it seems most places that serve pepsi are owned by pepsico like taco bell, arbys, kfc, etc. so the likelihood is that the majority of places you've eaten at had coke and unless you made a conscious effort not to drink it, the chances seem great to me that you are not telling the truth.
btw, there are people who don't like Dr. Pepper? WTF, this is AMERICA.

so let me get this straight, you've never had a two liter cup of coke in 10 years, because i mean in order for this to happen you would need a TWO LITER CUP, which probably doesnt exist unless you go to some cup making specialty shop and I cant imagine there are actually cup making specialty shops, so what i suggest you do is get a whole bunch of cups to pour the two liters into and furthermore i would like to know how you did this 10 years ago because i dont believe there were cup making specialty shops back then either and it isnt like huge cups have suddenly become impractical.

Dr. Pepper is based in my home town. They try to sponsor everything in the schools, like the scoreboards and events and stuff. They removed all the Coke vending machines and added only Dr. Pepper/7up stuff. In high school, apparently, if we were to drink a soft drink on campus, it had to be Dr. Pepper. I stood up to the establishment, smuggled my coke, and drank it bravely.

That depends. The Yum! Corporation owns the franchise, along with places like Pizza Hut. If it's a Yum! Corporation owned franchise, then they have to use Pepsi products. If it's an independently owned franchise, they can use whatever products they want.

I was going to make a new thread about my experience at Taco Bell yesterday, but since it seems this thread has been slightly derailed in that direction anyways I might as well post it here.
So I was at this Taco Bell, and I sit near a family with a baby. The grandpa or father, I couldn't really tell, said he smelled something gross from the baby's diaper. I could only watch with disgusted fascination as the grandmother/mother reached her entire arm down the baby's diaper. She rooted around down there for a while before stating that she didn't FEEL ANYTHING. And then she PICKED UP HER BURRITO WITH THAT SAME HAND AND CONTINUED EATING.

I think Tacobell actually made me sick the other night. Right after eating and having a smoke it all came right back up. Then again, I think it's because I left my food out for a long time before putting it in the fridge. Lettuce and sour cream was probably spoiled.

Coke is the best when it's from a glass bottle or fountain. It usually tastes too acid-like for me from the can, especially without a bunch of ice to water it down.

There's a BK in Ikebukuro but I dunno if I'd be able to find it unless it's relatively close to the station. It's also the only place I know of with an El Torito restaurant.

I am jealous of you. The only places near my apartment are a Denny's, Iwataki Steakhouse, Coco's, and some other family restaurants like Bashamichi...no place to get delicious mexican foods. :(

There's a Mosburger, McDonald's, Freshness Burger, Mister Donut, Coco's, Skylark Gusto, Joyfull, and the usual array of ramen and sushi joints, plus this awesome Chinese restaurant near me. No wonder I'm still a fatass. :lol No Denny's, Subway, Fridays, or anything like that though. There's also a combination KFC/Pizza Hut, but I always forget where it's located. Saw a Dominoes car once too, but I have no idea where they are.
I usually just make tacos myself. I can get more for around the same price it costs to eat at El Torito, although going there means I can get more than just tacos. I cleaned out Yamaya's taco mix supply last week. :lol

Do you have a place called "Bebikichi" out there? It's not Mexican, but it's not bad for Italian food for decent prices. The real authentic places will always be best, but sometimes 2300 yen meals are a bit much...

What comes to mind is my experience working for the Taco Bell that was housed next to our college cafeteria. It was a work study job, I loathed the hours, and my boss was a grade A prick. So, as I neared my inevitable termination (I was coming in late, etc.) I began to smear my feces in the Taco. I usually packed my feces in a small, durable, and concealable plastic bag.
The feces had already dried up somewhat thus the smell wasn't a problem. Then, depending on its condition, I'd either smear or sprinkle the feces within the soft taco's (that's all we made..it was a pretty low rent establishment) innards. I did this for a couple months before I was fired for playing pool while I was supposed to be working.
