Title: Are all presidential candidates egomaniacal, narcissistic madmen by definition?

Because there's no other way I feel anyone would have the guts to run for the position of basically the most powerful person in the world.  I mean, look at George W. Bush - clearly a sociopath of some sort.

Yes but I think George seems to think he is on a mission from God, more than anything else.

All 'leaders' go by your definition and tbh I think narcissism is helpful in a leader.
