You might discover that you start feeling better about yourself and have a better outlook on things in general. Everyone I've known that's been fairly involved in porn has had at least somewhat of a skewed perspective on things, though that doesn't necessarily prove anything. But I can't imagine that not watching it would be anything but a healthier choice.
