Today in the san nensei class the kids were making poems.  So I made an example using my fiance (so it was all lovey-dovey   :-[), and after that, when they were writing them, this girl pulls out a Pirates folder, points to Orlando Bloom, and asks me if I saw the movie.  I said "Did you really like it that much?"

And takin a page from what I had just demonstrated, she said  "Orlando Bloom IS MY LIFE."  :-* :-* :-*

You have your students making poems?  I've been meaning to teach my kids about rhyming but I've never had a chance.

It was a lesson right out of the book.  A few of the kids were really good at it, too.
