Title: Shadow Hearts: Covenant is badass!

So I decided to try one of these RPGs from my backlog and picked out Shadow Hearts: Covenant because the chick on the cover has big boobs. Turns out, it's actually a decent RPG. Who knew Midway was capable of publishing something decent.

I prefer the dark nature of the first one a lot more to be honest. Once they put in that corny bullshit in Covenant, I got disinterested.

Covenant *KICKED ASS*... best RPG on PS2 that doesn't have DQ or SMT in its name.

yup, Covenant rules. The weird asymmetry between the humor and the dark parts is part of its charm.

My favorite part so far is when Karin first changes clothes, Yuri and Gepetto are on their knees in front of her staring up her skirt and then she slaps them both. Then Gepetto is all, "I saw stars" then yuri is all, "I saw more than stars", then Gepetto is all, "..what did you see?!?!" and then Yuri is all, "Paradise..."  :lol

Least favorite part is one of the queer twins shakes his ass and takes up the whole tv screen doing it.  :maf

I haven't seen any of the Shadow Hearts games in any stores besides Covenant. Are the stories related to each other or is all different like the FF games?

They're related, but it's not a requirement to play them in order or anything. They fill you in.
