It's pretty good. I grew up drinking it, so I'm kind of permanently sick of it. I love my gay awesome belgium-styled beers.

As a fellow East Coaster that spent his pre and post-21st birthday drinking it due to its cheap price, I can understand it. But since I have no access to it here, I miss it a ton.

yeungling is a top seller at my work. it's definitely preferable to most people over that shit Coors Lite, though our best tasting domestic might be Cricket Hill. It's a local brew, but people really like it.
Beer experts, tell me what's BEST OMG:
domestic: coors, coors lite, yeungling, y lite, cricket hill, killians irish red + black and tan
import: heineken, amstel lite, molson
sam adams summer and boston
i'm not much of a beer drinker myself. all i know is that black and tan scares the shit out of me. is it liquid rust?

I wouldn't say it's the best beer, but my preferred beer is Fat Tire. I also like 1554 even though it's kinda really heavy. It's like mocha-y though, which is awesome for a beer. Rogue Brutal Bitter, of course. Alaskan Amber. New Belgium's Trippel is good, though as its name states, it's kind of a non-distinctive trippel. Hoegaarden Wit is probably my favorite beer in the world. Stella Artois is what I order when I know there's a limited selection.

I wouldn't say it's the best beer, but my preferred beer is Fat Tire. I also like 1554 even though it's kinda really heavy. It's like mocha-y though, which is awesome for a beer. Rogue Brutal Bitter, of course. Alaskan Amber. New Belgium's Trippel is good, though as its name states, it's kind of a non-distinctive trippel. Hoegaarden Wit is probably my favorite beer in the world. Stella Artois is what I order when I know there's a limited selection.
You're such an elitist. Why don't you drink some normal stuff like Guinness or Heineken?

I've never had either of the beers you just mentioned, Rygar. Do you know if they are readily available in the states?

Blue Paddle is a New Belgium beer that is hard (but not impossible) to find outside of Colorado. St. Peters can be found in any Whole Foodsy type store. Rogue Soba ale is also OMG but it is fuck expensive.
New Belgium stuff is fairly popular around here. They have to have it somewhere. I'll look for both of em.

I like Brooklyn Lager myself, not sure if thats regularly available outside the tri-state area. A small microbrewery/restaurant near me named John Harvard's (up near Smithhaven for the LIers) makes some dam nice brews, too... their pumpkin spice ale in particular... For "mainstream" beers I prefer Heineken, go figure...

Heineken :yuck I swear it's the worst beer since RedStripe, I actually prefer Coors/Miller light to that crap.
I like Skullsplitters because they have a big burly Indian on them, which makes me feel like a big burly man for drinking it.
