Buy it! It's on everything basically. PC, XB1, PS4, and Switch.she sounds like a real slut
Also, the game was designed for the analog stick even though it's a platformer.

Hollow Knight waa crowd dundedThat quote works so well with that avatar pic.
I don't mind sprites, but for the love of god use the intended resolution when calculating movement. A lot of these indie games remind me of Flash platformers because they're way too smooth. If you're doubling or tripling the pixels, you should be multiplying the movement increments by 2x or 3x. :maf I also really dislike when UI elements aren't consistent with the game's resolution either.
Does this play well in portable mode? Or does it require pro controller precision? It was designed with the analog stick in mind, just like Meat Boy.
I really enjoyed Super Meat Boy and VVVVVV was pretty good too. That being said I don't know if I want to play another game like that. The line between challenging and frustrating is very thin.
I really like the game so far and I’ve never played Super Meat Boy

I'm on the fourth chapter and I'm not feeling this one as much. Each new chapter seems to be more and more tedious. I don't mind dying constantly but it doesn't really feel rewarding either. I hope it gets better from here.

Yeah same. I was wary of getting into this for this reason because it’s basically the trend that every modern side scrolling platformer tries to keep the difficulty ramping exponentially and there comes a point where I don’t enjoy throwing my poor reflexes at the levels anymore.
This game is really good
Saw a (near) full playthrough on youtube, gameplay and visuals looked very neat, story is not my thing.
I think i'll pass though, i tried to replay SMB recently (i finished most levels, light and dark side, in 2010) and just don't have the patience for these kind of games anymore.
Some of the final levels especially looked like they'd get really frustrating.
EDIT: I know there's like a ninja dog mode or whatever, but then why play it?
