I don't see why they wouldn't. Blood flows in and out of it for hard-ons. It's not really like the face where muscles/nerves/etc. live. Now the sensation from it is a different matter.

I wouldn't do it either, but I watched this DJ Vlad interview with Phoenix Marie and Lexington Steele, and they were saying how a lot of male pornstars inject viagra type stuff directly into the shaft.
