Funny you mention this I've been thinking of getting a sleep mask. My gf does a shirt wound up into a blindfold type deal and I've started doing it and it has actually worked for me.

Last night it was from: 00:00 to 10:15 because I had a dental appointment so I could skip work in the morning.
The only problem with sleeping I have is waking up. I have this very loud alarm clock otherwise I'd just keep sleeping.
I've actually slept through fire alarms, sirens and an actual riot.
Just take a shower, put on clean bedsheets and close your eyes. :heart
