Everything on that link was either a birthday present for someone else or a replacement ignition coil I needed once.

Actually, I did buy an adjustable sit/stand desk for myself on 12/29 but that was an in-store purchase so yes, I did make a luxury purchase for myself this year. I think I bought a XBONE game this year too. Maybe it was just DLC.

Things I'm waiting to buy are PC parts for first ever build (waiting to see what CES reveals) and I definitely need to buy some clothes. I haven't been clothes shopping for a few years.

It seems to be reading your gmail messages. I'm guessing you have your JC Penney account linked to your gmail and that you get email notifications when you buy shit on it. It's not hard to figure out the template every big merchant uses so it spits out the transaction info back to you in a superficially useful link that shouldn't make you worry about your privacy being desecrated.

It shows all my ebay purchases but nothing else. Or wait, it only shows the stuff I bought from UK or Chinese sellers but not the ones from other countries like USA, Germany or France. Weird.

Yeah, Giant Advertising Company splits your emails into receipts for you and organizes them into a single webpage but doesn't record that information for your advertising profile. ::)
