I watched most of the San Antonio/San Diego game, it was alright. There's clearly a talent disparity between that game and the average NFL game [obviously], but they partly made up for it by having a really fast tempo. Virtually no commercial breaks [most of the time they split the screen to show a shot of the field on one side and a commercial on the other in between plays], shorter play clock, and a lot less ref reviews. Dunno how much staying power this has [especially with the XFL starting up next year], but I could see myself watching it a bit if I don't have anything else to do.

Watching Memphis vs Birmingham right now, they are streaming it for free on youtube.
Trent Richardson, Christian Hackenberg, Jonathan Massaquoi and Zac Stacy are playing.
Feels like traveling back in time to 7 years ago to watch failed prospects :rejoice

It feels like watching a mediocre college game where the crowd is not into it with 2007ish NFL production values.
