Title: What are the bestest 3DS games

I've been bored out of my mind and have been looking everywhere to get some entertainment. Being a Mac user PC gaming is out of the question and the only console I still own is the 3DS

Been playing a lot of Mercenaries 3D and EO4, but I need a little more variety than that. I already played Mario and Monster Hunter, and RPG wise I have my hands tied with EO4, anything else goes. Gimme your best

Kid Icarus Uprising is darn good as well, just slipped my mind.

The N64 remakes are all good too if you never played them. Ocarina, Majora (my favorite non-BOTW Zelda), and Star Fox are the shit if you never played them before, or looking to replay them with a fresh coat of paint.

tbh the 3DS library is pretty shallow. The typical Nintendo games are the main attraction.

Better check what you're still missing out on DS with bc. So many hidden gems, Ninja Gaiden, Space Invaders Extreme, Dragonball Origins, GTA, SMT Strange Journey, TWEWY, Contra, Rune Factory, 999, Hotel Dusk, Bowsers Story, Ghost Trick, Sonic Rush, etc.

Thanks guys

Metroid sounds great, completely forgot that they remade that for the 3DS. I think I played pretty much all of the DS games mentioned so far, and the SMT games are defo on the list, just need to beat EO first before I start.

Definitely seems  that way, a lot of the games mentioned so far sound good but there doesn't seem to be the quantity or quirkiness of the DS library. You could pick a random ass game and  chances are it would at least be interesting/fresh

I actually really liked Paper Mario: Sticker Star, and you could probably find it for peanuts.  I know people shit on it for the flaws it has, but I played through the entire game and thought Sticker Star was a solid B game similar to the likes of which playstation2 had a plethora, with the clever writing that the Mario rpg/paper series is known.

I also think TriForce Heroes is secretly an awesome multiplayer game, but cannot really recommend it in good conscience what with online multiplayer for the 3ds being a pile of shit.  Maybe worth it if you’ve got a friend or two who are willing to dedicate playing local multiplayer with you.
