Daughter has a basic laptop for school.
AMD Athlon Gold 3150u
AMD ryzen 5 pro 4650g
4gb ram.
Will this run Minecraft decently or not?
-
before Microsoft bought it Minecraft could run on your calculator :hmph
Now I'm not sure if it will.

Don’t know for sure, but remember they still sell the Java version as well as bedrock edition. Shit runs on phones and Vita so I’d expect you to be fine.

Java specs there. I don’t know how those specs compare though. I ran out of steam before googling bedrock but it’ll probably run on an Amstrad GX4000.

Not sure, but running the canyourunit.com test might be helpful.

Java will. Bedrock probably won't.

canyourunit is shit. Half the time their "no"s don't even fit because a lot of lower-spec stuff CAN run things.
@Straight: Eyeballing your quick stats, you have more than enough oomph to actually run Bedrock (the Win10 version) and Java. Pick your poison. One has X-box Live achievements but no mods, the other has mods.
