The one thing our gov did right is the COVID relief. But in our case the money goes to the payrolls and 0 interest loans to independents and small businesses. Also if you were a small business owner you could get 2500 with no strings attached if your company made money last year.

For each of our workers I've received about 8k in COVID aid this year. We might have to pay some back because some months were better than expected but no one missed a pay check which was the most important.
