Yeah I think the studio went under. I know the game had troubled development, so its remarkable they shipped a great game at the end

Early on when the game was still True Crime: Hong Kong, there was going to be a lot of Hong Kong actors in the game.  IIRC Sammo Hung was supposed to be one of the triad bosses.

I agree though, it's a fantastic game and one of the best open world games ever.  It's the only one I got 100% on.  Also as a Hong Kong film fan, there's tons of little cool touches.  Like of course you can get the Bruce Lee tracksuit, but you can get Andy Lau's red leather outfit from Fulltime Killer.

Yeah, after its troubled development path it is surprising how well they managed. It’s a fantastic game. It’s one of my favorite open world games. I especially enjoyed the mechanics for limiting use of guns, while still allowing for it in certain situations. Smart.

The only truly shit about Sleeping Dogs is no cloud saves so every time I wanna get back in I have to replay the start
