My shorts keep dying and I keep having to get them repaired because for the live of me for years I cannot find a decent pair of shorts wtf.
I feel like only 3 types of men's shorts exist in modern fashion:
Cargo shorts which have never been comfortable as they're huge and baggy
Athletic gym shorts which are a good fit but look like underwear and have barely any pockets to keep stuff in
hipster shorts which are basically just dress pants that cut off at the knee and are a tight sleek fit
There used to be just normal fucking shorts which were not tight, but not baggy and just comfortable with front and back pockets. This does not seem to be a thing anymore. Also clothing departments always have these "big & tall" sections, where the fuck is "short & small"??

A decent pair of semi-casual shorts are standard issue here. No chance you can live in a sub-tropical hot and humid climate without them.

Nah, those are too long and look too thick to me. Those just look like ugly pants cut off at the knees.
Actually nm, I see where the knees are so I guess the height is correct. But then I wear my shorts lower than that.
