My fan is starting to die on my macbook pro and the warranty expired

well its not the end of the world. no need to get your blood preasure all out of whack. You have basic tools so you can open up your laptop as well as ground yourself when your doing the repairs?

did the fan die or the computer? honestly you dont run a computer with broken hardware no matter what it is. Stop! find out the problem, then fix the problem before continuing to use the computer. Hopefully its fixable.

Just the fan died. I'm using my work computer at the moment. Ill have to skip work tomorrow morning and take it downtown.
