Castlevania Dracula X Collection- I think I'm at around 40% done. It's tough trying to find all the hidden items, but I am absolutely loving the shit out of this remake. I did unlock both Rondo and SOTN (apparently there's a third hidden game too, which is the 10 second "game" you get trying to play Rono in a PCE without the proper card), and while Rondo does have some inexcusable slowdown here and there, it's absolutely fine. I haven't tried it at 333mhz yet, so that might fix the problem, but it's fine, and Jeremy Parish was overexaggerating its flaws in his 1up review.
I know the game's a remake, but still, I haven't played through Rondo in like 9 years, and I just love having an old-school, challenging -but not so hard it's frustrating- action/platform game to play once again. All the hidden paths to take are great, too. I'd actually love to see a remake of Castlevania III in the same vein.
Phoenix Wright Trials And Tribulations- Finished the second case the other day. I am enjoying this a lot more than the previous game.
That's been it so far. I picked up Sonic Rush Adventure earlier in the week and played a few levels; it feels like a rehash of the first, but with worse music (still not bad though) and shittier story segments thrown in. I'm told it has less pitfalls, however, which is nice. I'm gonna hang out with a buddy either today or tomorrow, so that probably means a bunch of fighting games like Arcana Heart, KOF XI, Regulation A, and NGBC will get played. And Halo 3, of course.
For some unknown reason, I kind of want to buy Ghost Squad on the Wii. I haven't played a light gun game in years.
