Has anyone here tried to replace their 360 dvd drive?

My 360 can barely discs because the disc drive is fucked. I will have to fix this shit myself.  Is there anyone here that has replaced it?

360 has a 3 year warranty for RRoD.  you can wrap your system in a towel until it gets too hot and gets RRoD and then call microsoft and have it repaired.
