Seriously, where was the hype train on this? It's the best GTA clone since GTA. There's plenty to do and plenty of ways to do it. The combat system is dead on and even if the targeting is a little wonky nothing is so difficult that it can't be done again in 10 or less minutes.
I like the progression from thug to made man and the way the types of missions you get scale accordingly. Good weapon upgrades, sick action sequences and great supplemental material for the film. Extortion is fun and when that gets old the Hit Missions are great. The one "Favor" mission turns the game into a 3rd Person adventure/mystery game. It's just incredibly pleasant. I feel like it's an overlooked gem, what's the reaction around here?
