btw it's more of a platformer than, like, donkey kong 64 was or some garbage. i'm very surprised they even pretended they were "going back to their roots" though, it's still heavily shooting. there are some definite platforming stuff though, and the gelinator makes for some fun jumps.
i love ratchet, but you have to imagine that this is probably not the first game after their new IP insomniac wanted to work on...maybe sony forced them.
