I'm only interested in buying them because I hear that the achievements on the X360 version are pretty easy...

I rented the Alaskan adventure one to see how it stacked up to my actual wildlife experiance.
I don't remember there being any bullet time cameras in real life.

It was a mix of boring and ridicoulous.  Although the graphics were pretty okay by PS2 standards.
