No, I usually get a 'regular' size of just ham and swiss, but im sure thats a good 500-700 calories. Quiznos is fucking fattening. Even when I worked at Staples, walked and lifted 8-10 hours a day, I gained eating lunch at quiznos

damn, I like outback too.  Lamb <3

I'm more worried about the diabetes part of too man calories than the possibility of getting fatter.

I always get the biggest cut of prime rib at Outback and a French onion soup, appetizer and dessert.  I've never really counted the calories but this article makes me think that it's close to 4000.  Scary!

I never got the idea of eating dessert after dinner.  I did that once at a restaurant, the chocolate chip ice cream thing at elephant bar, and I felt sick as hell.  all of the oil in your stomach and then you dump down a crapload of sugar at it and it's horrible.  maybe a couple reese's cups after lunch but I'm not a fan of desserts.

.

As a kid I was willing to eat food to become eligible for dessert, but now it makes no sense to me. By the time I'm finished eating, I'm usually full/satisfied. Now "dessert" is more along the lines of a snack to me, ie something I eat when I don't feel like cooking, or when I want something quick to eat as I watch a movie. I've never been a big cake eater for instance, but having a bit of icecream as I watch Hardball is not uncommon for me.

I've been trying to cut down on ice cream consumption lately, like no more than 2-3 times per week.  When I go to Coldstone, I get the medium instead of large, and a regular waffle cone instead of a chocolate dipped waffle cone.  I also try to eat stuff like ice cream only on days when I've had low carb meals.

I'm lucky to have it once a week; I love icecream but refrain from buying it lol. Today I bought some awesome cookies and Doritos, which will be my snacks for now
