yeah, Underworld 1 and 2 are really good transfers. Black colors in the BDs are so much deeper than the ones in the dvd. Both discs have also been on sale many times. That sucks if you had to pay full price for it.

They are alright popcorn flicks. I like them but I probably wouldn't have double dibbed if the BDs weren't on sale. $30 seems a bit too much for movies like Underworld 1&2, especially since neither is a new release.

Well, I'm glad I wanted it when it was $14.99. Btw, I just remember that you can price match at BB even after the purchase. Both movies are $5 cheaper at Fry's. Depending on how anal the BB employee is, there might be a check to see if Fry's have them in stock.

Kate's a good looking woman, especially for her age, but her body probably looks better with clothes than without. Her boobs looked kinda weird in her past topless scenes.

what is so bad about the underworld movies? they're competently produced pure popcorn movies and easily equal to any of the better blade movies or similar action fare. (they're a sore sight better than, say, die hard 2 or 4.) i still can't fathom why they drew so much critical ire; maybe reviewers simply got tired of vampires, or got their pretentions on because the underworld movies play it straight instead of constantly winking and going "lol we secretly know we're genre trash mister smarty reviewer tee hee lol lol oh u"
