I can't remember my own phone number

I have a terrible memory, and even after 3 years of having the same phone number I still can't remember it. I don't know any of my parents or brothers and sisters or friends numbers either

Could be. I seriously have the most fucked memory. I can't remember someone's name until about the 10th time I meet them too. But it could be that I just don't remember stuff I don't give a shit about...

Who even memorizes numbers anymore? After someone calls you, you save it, and attach a name to it. When you want to call someone, you just look for their name. While i hate the dependency on technology it creates, it's one of those things that makes life so much simpler, especially when you have a lot of people who call you.

If you mean home numbers, I can certainly remember those (Although not having been home in a few years, I've forgotten my friends and relatives' numbers  ), but if you mean cell phone numbers?  Shit, I have no idea...I only know my own!  I don't even know my wife's number!   

My problem is remembering birthdays.  I can't remember anyone's other than my wife's, and that's only because hers is easy (same number for month and day).  Since we got married on 7/7, the anniversary will be easy to remember as well.  Dodged a bullet there!

I don't remember my own phone number either. I never call it and hardly ever need to know it unless I'm filling out some sort of contact form.

I still don't know Ecro's cell phone number and he's had it for months.

I don't know my little brother's cell number and he's had it for like a year.

But they are speed dial 2 and 6, respectively!

My memory fails more in terms of remembering names, birthdays, childhood, etc. I don't remember kindergarden, don't remember being a small kid, and probably couldn't remember much of anything before 8

Yep, hah. I let my dad borrow my cell for a bit a few weeks ago. I didn't realize how much I depended on its directory until I didn't have it!
