I dunno about cracks, but rapget lets you put all your RS links and it will get them for you in order.

All the tricks I've seen for getting around it seem like more trouble than just waiting. The few things that I've actually tried did nothing.

i only get the occasional song from Soulseek or music blogs, so i don't really have much use for RS these days, but it looks promising.

This works for me.  I just disconnect from the internet and connect again, and RS resets and allows me to download right away.

That's probably because your IP address gets changed when it gets reset.

You used to be able to be sneaky and load up the download link with a proxy, but actually download the file with another browser using your real IP address. Dunno if it still works or not though.
