My college's online forum or whatever, where we check student email and schedules and grades and everything, used to be called CMcentral. Now it's e-MU, because it's Misericordia University instead of College Misericordia. When they changed the name, they changed the mascot to an emu, and it's kind of scary looking. Now it's even scarier, because "Happy Holidays" replaced "e-MU" on its flag and it wears a Santa hat.

Tell me I'm not the only one disturbed by this thing.

Some do. The one back in my hometown where everyone goes is the Pierce College Raiders.

Actually I think any CC with a sports program has a mascot.

I thought it was at first, but there's actually an "M" on the fuzzy grandma sweater and the fangs are the inside of the M. Fucked up though!
