It's a tiny video on Yahoo!, and I still think some of it reeks of a Sci-Fi Original Picture but I applaud its use of its R-rating by killing children.

It takes place modern day in a small town in Texas. It's basically FlameOfCallandor: The Movie.

James Cameron wouldn't make FlameOfCallandor: The Movie. The best you could hope for is McG or that guy that makes all the Saw sequels.

Exactly. Any major film release that kills children is a mandatory viewing in my eyes. We need to support more children killed on film.

Also, the best child death is John Carpenter's Assault on Precinct 13.

Just wait until it hits the $1 theaters. That way you have plenty of time to watch all those better movies first, you won't have to pay full price for a crappy movie, and you still get to see kids get blown away on the big screen. It's a win-win situation!

I wonder if there were multiple takes of the girl getting shot. It seemed like that was essentially a paint gun; I wonder if there's some long lost take of the guy shooting her in the face with it.
