$38 this week at Best Buy and...welll, the fight ain't going to finish itself, you know what I'm saying?

I don't know why I bought this, but it was only $14.75 and has Tony Hawk teaching me how to do wykd skateboarding moves and stuff...I dunno. I don't even like Tony Hawk games, wtf.

Then got 2 shitty mrs feild cookies for 3 goddamn dollars.

Went to safeway, got 7 apples, and 2 bushels of bannanas(10$ after 2$ off safeway card savings)

i bought a book case from target for $30 because i was sick of just stacking my books on the floor

i bumped into it and now it...lurches

it's unsettling and i'm certain the whole thing will soon come crashing down

Those book cases you get at places like Target and such are made from pressed wood. They fall apart really easily. I have a couple and I got rid of one because it looked so cheap and fragile when the wood started to bend down from the weight of the books. I still have two that I'm using for my DVDs but I'm going to replace them soon, I hope.

The ones I bought in Japan are actually much higher quality than the ones I bought back home, but they're still made of pressed wood. :/

i have lived a VERY transitory existence in the past couple of years and i'm planning on moving to NY, so i didn't want to have to move all of that stuff, so the book case was a final conceit.

the issue now is what am i going to do with all these damn books when it's time to move

I bought one from Wal Mart and it broke while I was putting it together. I didn't even care. I figured I got what I paid for. So I got pissed and broke it into little pieces.

The design was sooo dumb. It came in two main pieces. A large piece with 3 flaps that were bendable/foldable. What they wanted you to do was lay the large (3 piece one) piece of wood flat and then get the shelves and put them perpendicular to how one of the sides of the big piece. You pushed them in with these tabs to make them stand straight up (they were wobbly as fuck though). And then you folded the other flaps of the big piece over the shelves. It was just such a tight fit that it was fucking impossible. I ended up breaking one of the shelves and then got a hammer and smashed the rest. I felt so good afterwards.

ugh, it seems to have an Intel 945 integrated graphics solution. You won't be playing 3D games post-2000 on that. Might I suggest Diablo 2?

edit: my bad. It has an Intel GMA X3100, which is still integrated. You might be able to run WoW at low settings at around 15-20 fps.
