The game is sort of cool, I'm not trashing it. But I've never seen so many fucking jaggies, and the environments look like a Dreamcast game. The frame rate isn't even that great.

Are peoplep still calling this game "good looking for Wii," or did that talking point die as soon as it was released?

Metroid Prime 3 looks good, Monkey Ball doesn't offend me. NiGHTS and Sonic don't offend me either.

I cannot believe the jaggies in NMH. And the grass and water and shit are Dreamcast-era. The rest of the environments aren't much better. This really does look like a Dreamcast game. Oh, and the frame rate. Sonic Adventure looks better than this game.

one of the firmware updates to the PS3 made all my PS2 games run in full 16:9, the next one after that canceled that ability, so I can be pretty sure that its the PS3 cropping the output.

And it depends on the game on whether or not the Wii outputs on full 16:9.  Zack and Wiki does, RE:UC doesn't.

Is the whole game just press A a lot? I mean you press A a lot and then swing in one of four directions. My wrists kind of hurt at the end of playing because smaller motions weren't registering.

Is there like...combo building or chaining?

The first boss fight I just hit A a ton.

well you can side-step when they attack and that leaves them open. from there you... mash A, but if you're lucky and throw some Bs in there you might be able to stun them and powerbomb them which hurts them more than just mashing A
