Actually I will consider what im eating sometimes - just because I think I am supposed to.

My cholesterol was high before - but it went away when i quit smoking cigarettes.

I was reading recently about the amazing nutritional qualities of natural fruit juices. I might incorporate them into my diet again.

The gist was basically the antioxidant benefits you get from concord grape, pomegranate, and cranberry juices. Pomegranate juice has a higher concentration of antioxidants than green tea.

A 30 mg capsule would kill me (and has!). Usually if I can get a 10mg I'm able to retain enough of my humanity to type up something worth reading. I'm also able to avoid spending 4 hours retyping a single sentence.

Higher concentrations of antioxidants...because there are lower concentrations of fiber (i.e. none)!

plus most juice is crappy stuff made from frozen concentrate anyway. whereas fruit is something we've been eating since we lived in the trees.
