I didn't mind that it was 3D, what bothered me was that it's basically a 3D port, no new content. Well, there is, but it's like... two new dungeons... some new armor... just extremely small stuff that you wouldn't know was actually new.
I prefer the 2D style of the GBA version though. It's still a decent game.
